Know Yourself Love Yourself Be Yourself
MY APPROACH
I believe that each person has an intrinsic drive to heal, and to create harmony in ourselves and our surroundings. My goal as a therapist is to help you access your inner resources to fully engage with your feelings and experiences, both the positive and the challengingly uncomfortable. Together, we use therapeutic tools to cultivate a grounded and mindful state of being that allows for compassionate self-reflection and growth.
Through sessions, I offer a place to meaningfully explore your truth, values, and relationships. I hope to help you cultivate your own ability to connect to yourself, recognizing how challenges have impacted you and how they can help you grow.
My style with clients is personable and tailored towards each individual that I work with. I tend to start with helping you explore the relationship with yourself. We do this by looking at specific thought patterns, past events, relationships, moods, ambitions, and anything that makes you the unique person you are. We also explore past traumas or experiences that have helped form your perspectives. Through this, we aim to help you understand yourself with more clarity, so you can begin to love yourself more fully.
Forgiveness, empathy, and patience for yourself are vital to embracing your inherent capacity to heal. When we learn how to relate to ourselves from this place, we also widen the lens through which you see the world around us. The more each of us are able to relate to ourselves and others from a healthy place, the closer we will be to living sustainably in the world are us.

My work with each individual is as unique as the clients themselves. I integrate innovations such as non-violence, mindfulness, yoga, breath work, and body-mind awareness with my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi experiential work, Narrative Therapy, Somatic work and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy to work creatively and collaboratively with individuals.

I am open to anyone for a brief phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other. That being said, each client I work with has a longing to connect more deeply to themselves. I have historically worked the most with clients that are involved in the music industry, members of the LGBTQ community, going through major life transitions, working through past trauma, and those specifically working through religious abuse/trauma.
ABOUT ME
I am a psychologist, mentor, guide and coach. I have been working with individuals and couples for over a decade. Early on, I was intrigued by how we connect with ourselves and the world around us. My interests led me to explore a diverse range of cultures and beliefs around the world. I then received my masters degree in psychology from CIIS, and further delved into meditation, sound healing, and other consciousness ideologies. Today, I use a variety of tools to help those I work with. In an atmosphere free of judgement, I aim to guide each individual through their journey to understand and love themselves more fully.
